All orders will be shipped as one package only. Payments will not be charged to your credit card until the order is ready to be shipped (SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF PURCHASE). All delivery methods listed below will have an additional 1-7 days added to the shipping time to allow for packaging and pickup delays. If upon placing your order and your shipping charges appear as "NAN" (Non Applicable Number) this will mean that your over all gross weight has exceeded the maximum allowed for the method of shipping you have selected. You must either try another method of shipping or split your orders into smaller ones.
SHIPPING LOCAL
Sleepers offers local delivery within the Ottawa/Hull area for a charge of $30(Furniture is $50). You must choose "Local" as a Shipping Method. You will receive a call from one of our sales staff within 48 hrs arrange delivery of your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
CANADA POST GROUND MAIL
Sleepers offers Canada Post Ground Mail to ship within Canada. Your shipping time is 14 business days on average. *Please note that all Hardside Waterbed Frames, Airbeds, Softside Waterbeds, Latex Mattresses, Furniture, Futons and Futon Frames will only be shipped by Quote only. You must choose "Shipping Quote" as a Shipping Method. You will receive a Shipping Quote via email within 24 hrs with the option to either proceed or cancel your order. All other items not previously mentioned are available to be shipped by Canada Post Ground, Air or Courier.
XPRESSPOST
Sleepers offers Canada Post Xpresspost (for an extra charge) to ship within Canada. Shipments are now faster, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 1-3 days for urban areas and 5-7 days for rural areas.
Orders shipped by Xpresspost must be deliveried to a secure location and require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you where you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet. *Please note that all Hardside Waterbed Frames, Airbeds, Softside Waterbeds, Latex Mattresses, Furniture, Futons and Futon Frames will only be shipped by Quote only. You must choose "Shipping Quote" as a Shipping Method. You will receive a Shipping Quote via email within 24 hrs with the option to either proceed or cancel your order.
